POSITIONS AVAILABLE

MOD is looking for an Interior Designer (Intermediate) local in Singapore or open to remote working possibilities. (Permanent or project-based positions available).


Job Scope

  • Strong conceptual design and design development skills to create memorable lifestyle experiences
  • Develop and implement overall design concepts and FF&E finishes & palettes through all phase of design for Hotel, Commercial and Residential projects, in accordance to Hotel Operator’s requirements and standards
  • Knowledge of color and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages, experience with furniture selection & specification
  • Work with Technical Team to finalize detailing and construction documentation
  • Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments



Requirements

  • Trained in interior design, e.g. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least a few years’ experience working on 5-star hotel projects
  • Highly creative, Rigorous & organised, with a Modern design sensibility
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketch-Up
  • Fluent in English
